One-Coat Moisture Control System for Concrete

Ardex MC RAPID Moisture Control is a one-coat, 100% solids epoxy moisture management system. Ardex MC subdues excessive moisture vapor fumes in new or existing concrete before installing an ARDEX underlayment with flooring or an ARDEX topping with sealer. MC Rapid is particularly suitable for treating new concrete areas with critical installations.

Some critical installations include health care and other institutional applications where the construction schedule does not allow adequate drying. Ardex MC RAPID Moisture Control is also recommended over existing concrete when the level of moisture vapor emissions from the slab exceeds the manufacturer's maximum allowable limit. Specially designed for quick installations, Ardex MC RAPID Moisture Control can receive an ARDEX underlayment or topping in as little as 4 hours.
