We collect the details you type into a form, so we can answer you. We do not sell them, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
When you ask us something. The contact and quote forms take your name, email address, phone number, company and whatever you write in the message. The product and class inquiry forms also record which product or class date you were looking at, so we know what you are asking about.
When you subscribe. The newsletter form takes your email address and a note of which page you subscribed from.
When you buy. Payment is handled by our payment processor. Your card number is entered on their systems, not ours, and we never see or store it.
Automatically. Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser, the page requested — for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
This site runs no advertising pixels, no analytics scripts and no third-party trackers. The only cookies it sets are the sign-in cookies for staff using the admin area. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing following you around.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the site work: our website host, the database that stores form submissions, our email provider, and our payment processor. Each of them sees only what their job requires.
Specifically: Vercel hosts the site, Supabase stores form submissions and the subscriber list, and Resend delivers the notification emails.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and subscriber records are kept while they are useful to the business and removed on request.
If you want yours removed, ask and we will remove it.
Your choices
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, email Vince@XPSXpress.com or call (515) 395-4110 and we will handle it.
Children
This is a trade supply store. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below.
