Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by XPS Xpress Des Moines, 100095 Hickman Ct, Suite 8, Clive, IA 50325. "We" and "us" mean that store. "You" means whoever is using the site or placing an order.
Prices and product information
Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax, shipping or freight unless the page says so. We try hard to keep prices, stock figures, specifications and photographs accurate, but a listing can be wrong — a price can be mistyped, stock can sell between a page being cached and your order arriving, and a manufacturer can change a product without telling us.
Where a photograph shows a product family rather than the exact variant, the product page says so. If something arrives and it is not what the page showed, tell us and we will sort it out.
We may correct errors, change prices and update listings at any time. If we find an error after you order, we will contact you before charging you rather than quietly shipping something different.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one — for example if the item is genuinely out of stock, if the price was wrong, or if we cannot ship the product to your address.
Some products are regulated for transport or restricted by the manufacturer to certain regions. If that affects your order we will tell you before taking payment.
Placing an order and paying
There is no checkout on this website. Orders are placed at the counter in Clive or over the phone on (515) 395-4110, and paid for the same way. Nothing on this site takes a card number, and no page here will ever ask you for one.
Large orders and anything moving by freight may be quoted first and invoiced, so you see the delivered cost before you commit.

Using the products safely
We sell industrial coatings, chemicals and powered machinery. Everything we supply comes with the manufacturer's data sheets and safety data sheets, and those instructions govern. Advice from our counter staff is given in good faith based on what you have told us about the job, but we are not inspecting your slab. You are responsible for site conditions, moisture testing, surface preparation, ventilation, protective equipment and safe use of the equipment.
Training
Class bookings, deposits, transfers and cancellations are handled by the training program and are governed by the terms given at booking.
The site itself
The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to us or to the manufacturers who supplied them, and are not to be copied for commercial use. You may not scrape the site, resell our listings, or use it in any way that interferes with it working for everybody else.
Limits
Nothing here removes a right you have under Iowa or federal law that cannot be removed by agreement. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profit or consequential loss — for example a job running late because a delivery did.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
