ARDEX MRF™ Moisture-Resistant, Rapid-Drying Skimcoat Patching Underlayment is a trowel-grade product made from a blend of Portland cement and hydraulic cements. It creates a smooth surface before applying ARDEX MC™ Moisture Control Systems, moisture-resistant adhesives, or flooring.

- Provides a smooth finish over various substrates
- Designed to handle 100% RH, unlimited moisture, and water exposure
- Suitable for both interior and exterior applications
- Equipped with ARDEX WeatherProof Technology
- Can be applied in temperatures as low as 40°F (5°C)
- Non-sanded, allowing installation from featheredge up to 1/2” (12 mm)
- Fast drying—floor coverings can be installed in as little as 30 minutes
